I am one of those people who tends to put off things until the last minute, but I really do not want to do this right now. I am getting older and the last thing I want is to have all my loved ones fighting over money and property and estate planning Ausitn TX when they are already dealing with grief. I am looking for an estate planning attorney to help me sort everything out and make sure there ill be no drama later. I am sure everything will be fine either way, but I would rather err on the side of caution.
